Yes, I am now 84 and have had 3 operations for a herniated disc, one in Mayo which was not successful. While the last, August 2019 was successful, I now have chronic lumbar pain increasing.

A good question! I have osteoarthritis, multi level disc degenerative change, forward displacement of L4 on L5, bone density normal for 84 years. This from a radiology report. I assume pain might come from a variety of spinal areas?
