I get my blood drawn at UCI lab in Irvine. I get most of my results within few hours. Bu for Ultrasensitive PSA, they FedEx the sample to a lab in Salt Lake City. I called them once and they told me it takes 24 to 48 hours for the results unless they have to repeat the test for some reason.
If I can wait for 3 months to get the blood drawn, few more days to get the results is no problem for me! I only called the lab out of curiosity and also to check if my blood sample actually got there.

There must be different types of uPSA tests. I get my results in about 1–3 hours from my local hospital lab, so it can't take that long to perform.
