Lumbar stenosis and bowel issues

I'am 82 Year old male. I was dianosed with Dengertive Spine Diease about 2 Years ago. I have been doing Physical Therpy and Spine adjustment. My problem is lack of movement of the bowel. Small Rabbit Droppings. The AM Something seems stuck and wont fully come out. I am trying real hard to get enough Fiber and using Firer Supplements. Any Suggestions

@az09 Hi. I was experiencing something similar and wasn't sure what the issue was so I had a colonoscopy. Though most find the cleansing a chore, I liked it because it allowed me to get everything out. After that, I was ok, then the constipation returned which worried me. So I changed my diet in that I try to refrain from rice and pasta and eat a lot of salad and veggies. I snack on things like celery and prunes. I also try to refrain from sugar. Hope that helps.
