duodenal ulcer not caused by Pylori

Hi I've tested negative for h. pylori and am wondering what else causes a duodenal ulcer?

Yes so at least that may be making it worse.

I know how that feels. I hope u feel better. As in my case my h pylori is killing me. Hard to express my feelings

Don’t take aspirin or ibuprofen. Don’t eat spicy foods and cut the acid. Take a PPI to cure it. Ask your doctor if you should take it.

Also cut out booze, soda and smoking.

I know how that feels. I hope u feel better. As in my case my h pylori is killing me. Hard to express my feelings

Hi I'm taking pantoprazole and sucralfate and it seems to help.
