I’ve recently been diagnosed with LBBB discovered with ekg in a 1 year follow-up with Cardiologist. I was feeling great, etc at the time with no symptoms. Of course afterwards not feeling so well mentally and must have put myself in a state of worry to now I feel like I’m out of breath with any real exertion, etc. My reply is that I’m concerned that this is a result of the Covid jabs too as well. Only had the first two vacs, but those were probably the worst since we all became the test subjects. Recently finished the 30 day heart monitor. I go back next week for Nuclear Stress test and Echo Cardiogram. Needless to say, I’ve stressed myself about the whole thing. Good news is this has put the fear in me to seriously step up my diet and exercise. I’ve broken up with Sugar and Carbs in general and this week began fasting between 5pm and 9am every 24 hours. 72 year old male on statins and BP for 16 years. The statins have created a large amount of calcium in my system, 2,000 CAC score. Otherwise very healthy and active.

For clarity on Statins and BP meds I’ve taken for 16 years,, I was put on BP meds by my PCP for a resting BP of 155/90 over a 1 year period, and have been in control since with minimum dose once per day. At the same time, Statins were prescribed by my PCP, “as a safety measure to make sure any plaque created in my veins would stick to the vein walls”. My cholesterol levels have always been within satisfactory range before statins and after. Water over the dam, but I often wonder why I let my PCP sell me on statins so early. I fully believe they have contributed to my 2,000 level on CAC score.
