What are your experiences with tramadol ?

I take 150-200 mg of tramadol daily for referred pain from cervical and lumbar stenosis, and myofascial pain. I get breakthrough pain often, and use about 12 tablets of OxyContin per 1-2 months.

I tried taking 100mg a while back, and I guess it was too much for my system; got fuzzy headed and more tired. [I am 81, and weigh 94 pounds] And it didn't seem to help the pain either.
