Thank you for your response. Keeping the logs as well but not to such detail. Had tried the pump at first after the PR but it had not worked to any satisfaction to either one of us. Perhaps a more medical grade model and accessories may help if we were to try that route again. The current type of Trimix I’m using is one the compounding pharmacy sourced elsewhere as they were out of stock and could not mix their own last time I purchased it from them. As the previous version the side effect were less severe and good results.

I do not use a pump (VED) for intimacy, just for muscle conditioning. The protocol is to do repeated vacuum/release cycles for 10-20 minutes. I find the cheapest electric pumps available work fine for this. I bought a manual pump as well, but haven't tried it since the electric (battery powered) pumps work so well. I haven't purchased a "medical grade" pump. I'm not sure how medical grade relates to external pumps ;-). I think it's mainly don't hurt yourself, which I am quite motivated to attend to. The medical grade is about 10x the price.
