Hi everybody, I don't think I am disciplined at all. I sent my wellness coach photos of my cluttered cabinet, refrigerator, mud room etc. So I am taking baby steps to organizing my life. But yes I am into hiking now and it's helped my diabetes. Then a couple days ago I woke up and found a tick on my armpit at 5 am. It woke me up. So I was not okay about that. I went to doctor and he checked out tick bite. Plus I told him I think something is wrong with my head because I kept thinking I have a tick here or there on my body. So he looked for other ticks but didn't find any. Well I did get meds and I slept until 1pm next day. I got antibiotics and antihistamine. I also sent coach a photo of tick on my pillow. It was real. So she suggests I need tick spray now. But I am hiking a lot. But now I need tick spray because experience. I hate ticks. I am the person that was writing about healthy living program. Going good until tick episode but I will get out there again when I get deep woods bug spray! Ticks are back!
