Dr Norman removed the one gland that had a tumor. That was in 2008.
Now I have Secondary hyperparathyroid disease. My calcium levels are going DOWN along with my vitamin D level. This is messing with my kidneys.

@SusanEllen66 just wondering, you must have had hyper parathyroid to take out a gland on the parathyroid. That is my case right now and causing decline of my kidneys. Getting ready to take out one of the glands of the parathyroid. Just wondering if the other 3 didn’t get the calcium straightened out after surgery?
