I take it to ease the symptoms of my polyneuropathy.

I am not sure if it actually prevents it, but I remember reading that it helps to support the nerves. 600mg is the dose that was used for the research. I am only taking 400mg daily. I do not have any neuropathy. I am additionally taking magnesium and Vitamin D (it is a coincidence that they are also good for the nerves). I have osteoporosis on my Spine, and trying to get it back to normal without medication (Vit K2-MK4, D, magnesium, calcium, protein, weight bearing exercises etc).

Do you find it helps? I am taking a combo of gabapentin and Effexor, but I have had to increase the dose of the gaba over the past two years and I don’t want to keep doing that.
