I have found relief from night foot and ankle cramps from idiopathic neuropathy by using Theraworx foam for muscle cramps. Magnesium sulfate seems to be active ingredient.

My feet get so so so cold and I use life flow, magnesium lotion, and it warms them up at night. I hope it helps you. Best wishes, bcoool123
