Oh, @jakedduck1 -- I'm so sorry you ended up with seizures and at the ER. Wow.

I do not have epilepsy or a seizure disorder, but I have other medications it's critical I take daily, like anti-anxiety and antidepressant medications, plus allergy and asthma meds.

I have tried to associate taking my pills with other things I know are important to me. For instance, I've kept my pills right by the coffee supplies previously because I know I will not fail to have my morning coffee! I now have one medication I have to take at night. Despite my distaste for clutter and things left out all over, I keep that pill bottle on our bathroom counter right by the toothbrushing supplies, as I know I will brush my teeth every night. That habit is very ingrained in me.

How are you today, jakedduck1?

Just like the above, I keep my pill container adjacent to my coffee pot. My container has 2 boxes; one for a.m. meds and the other for p.m. meds. Note I wrap a small, but thick rubber band around the p.m. med box, so there's no confusion as to what and when pills I'm taking. I don't trust digital equipment. I hope this helps.
