@bkizer Mine feel much weaker than pre-treatment since I was put on Flomax due to inability to urinate. The build-up is the same but orgasms are extremely disappointing. I read the literature from my cancer center to see if this was even mentioned as a side effect of radiation and found they used "weasel words" for a lot of the negative stuff, for example using the word "different" instead of "weaker" (technically true but misleading)

"Many men report orgasms feel *different* after radiation treatment"

I think a lot of this stuff would be easier to come to terms with if doctors were more honest upfront rather than so many men just having to discover this stuff on their own.
