There was discussion about the differences between doses a couple of months ago. I guess it really depends what works for you. I wish I could use levalbuterol via neb but it makes me wheezy afterwards (paradoxical reaction?), plus I have so much of it stocked away. I might try it again.

Thank you, scoop. I hope you have recovered from pneumonia. I do feel nebulizing levalbuterol works better for me, even though my lung function test did show I need it. I remember my pulmonologist said that using it helps airway clearance more efficiently. My ex experience proves he was right. I take NAC for a while, but only take mucinex as needed.
