I would not accept that answer if it is still going on. Definitely ask for a neurologist to check you out. I was told everything was anxiety for so long and I finally found a doctor to check instead of assume and was able to find several things I had going on. If the twitching (likely a type of spasm) had never happened before but is happening now, it’s not necessarily normal. You know your body. If it continues please seek a neurologist that can do an ultrasound of your veins in your head at the very least. It is not very common but it does happen & there’s meds to help it if found.

My friend. I ask doctors specialty of neurology 10 of them. All doctors said same. N O T H I N G. And waste of money
Twitching without other symtpoms are nothing and nothing to worry.
Shut up better!
