I have had a similar sensation in my hands while urinating in a hurry. It’s more of a burning feeling in my hands for me; not so much pain. It usually goes away by the next day and then I forget about it because it may be a couple of years later when it reoccurs. Odd sensation, and I sometimes wonder what causes it, too.
