If you go to a pain clinic they'll have ideas. If you send us MRI results, we'll have many suggestions. There usually is relief to be found. If you don't have MRIs that would be the first step, so that you don't make anything worse.
@dbamos1945 you sound muscular and might start with medical massage.
@dorma what makes you say sciatica. Is the pain single sided or bilateral.
Both of you might find relief in quick, simple injections.
But if either of you are breaking bones, that has to come to attention first.

Our pain clinic is a joke. They offer NO help at all; only Tramadol, which does nothing at all for real pain. No suggestions, exercises or anything. The injections do nothing for me; tried several over the years, in back and hips. I HOPE to find a much better one soon. My MRI is 2-3 years old, so I'm sure I need a newer one. Thanks for your reply.
