Is there any help at all for foot numbness in PN

Hi, just coming in on the middle of the conversation it seems… have you seen a neurologist? I had two strokes during cardiac surgery leaving me with right leg deficients (pain, numbness, paresthesia). Also have trouble with balance and walking. I heard rowing is good. But not sure it’ll help with that numbness.

Oh, yes….i’ve seen several neurologists and they’ve all said there’s nothing that can be done for the numbness.
I agree - rowing does zero for the numbness. I’ve been using the recumbent bike for cardiovascular exercise. That works for keeping my weight down but nothing for the debilitating numbness.
It’s all very demoralizing to know in this day and time that no medical professional has any answers!
