Is there any help at all for foot numbness in PN

@wascaly, Good evening. I have been struggling with numbness in my feet for a long time. Here is what works for me. My therapist places me on a therapy bed with my feet stretched out. She then closes her hand with three knuckles tightened, places them on the bottom of my foot, and rubs up and down several times back and forth. The numbness filters away, and I can use my feet again. I try it myself at bedtime, after my shower in the morning, and before I put on shoes to go anywhere. It works if you can remember to do it on a regular basis.

I need to look for a “willing” volunteer to try that - I’m at the point, I’ll try anything!
