@peter51f, I can imagine you're worried. I'm glad that you will be getting further testing to rule out or confirm cancer. Here's some information from Mayo Clinic about
- Tests and procedures used to diagnose bladder cancer https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/bladder-cancer/diagnosis-treatment/drc-20356109

@mjklymasss mentions getting a systoscopy. Your biopsy will likely be done during a cystoscopy. "To perform cystoscopy, your doctor inserts a small, narrow tube (cystoscope) through your urethra. The cystoscope has a lens that allows your doctor to see the inside of your urethra and bladder, to examine these structures for signs of disease. "

You will likely also be scheduled for imaging studies, like a CT scan. As @scott232 said, a CT scan examine the structures of your urinary tract to see the extent of the cancer, if cancer is detected.

Feel free to post any questions these next days leading up to your appointment next week. How are you doing?

My urologist did the cystoscopy and took out 1 2.5cm tumor and 2 smaller ones. Pathology said cancer. After 3 weeks The urologist went in again and took more tissue to check. Came back cancer but nothing in the muscle, which I hear is a good thing.
Starting 3/28 I am doing 6 BCG treatments. After the treatments I am on a monthly schedule to make sure nothing else is growing back.
Still a big scared since I am 73 years old and have other health problems including a weakened immune system.
