No, did not pay out of pocket because the scans were 2-3 years apart. The lowest dose that will be effective is 0.05 per a doctor I saw. I do not take testosterone.

Hi @wildapple50 it is very encouraging to hear your experiences. What is your bmd% increase during the 2-3 years of using HRT if you don't mind sharing? If possible, could you share what age group you are in, or how many years post-menopause you've been? Thanks a lot!
