@normahorn I will try to find the study that I used when I decided to try one shot rather than two of Evenity. I believe the 210 dose is based on a weight of 155 pounds but I don't remember for sure. Evenity's effectiveness goes up with lower weight. I remember feeling like I needed a dose between the 140 and 210 based on my weight so half the time I did 210 and half the time I did 105 in my 4 months.

You only got one shot monthly instead of two? Did you have side effects? I weigh 120 lbs and was wondering about weight.

I have a copy of that Japanese study. This paper on extending usage to 2 years also lists one of the variables as dosage amounts. Some graphs even reference 140 mg dosage in the headers but the results are hard to find.
