Firmagon and Orgovyx are basically the same thing (GnRH receptor antagonists), so the chronic side-effects like hot flushes, fatigue, etc should be similar.

The main difference is in the acute side-effects. With Firmagon, you get your whole monthly dose all at once as an injection under the skin in the abdomen, and I routinely experienced 2–3 days of flu-like symptoms and a couple of weeks of significant swelling and soreness at the injection site every month for the 2½ years I was on it, in addition to the chronic side-effects mentioned above.

When I moved to Orgovyx last year (which is spread out as small daily doses in pill form), all of the extra acute side-effects vanished, so I have just the chronic ones to deal with now, and life is much better.
