I have rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia and Polymyalgia Rheumatica. I have not taken prednisone. I took it once and had panic attacks when I was in my bed. I hamve taken Acterma and another infusion for a short while. About six weeks ago I had a kidney infection that was septic. I was in the hospital for 5 days and cannot remember the first 3 days at all. I was released to a rehab facility for 10 days coming home before Thanksgiving. Monday after thanksgiving I was back at hospital for another four days with a UTI infection which was also septic. The infusions make infection worse. I have stopped taking anything for polymyalgia. I am taking Tylenol. So be careful. You must be monitored carefully for infections. My son said last week, "mom, you almost died twice in the last month ". Sepsis is nothing to take lightly. I am so tired of these 3 diseases but at this time there is nothing else I can do. Good luck and Happy New Year
