A Happy and Healthy New Year to Each and Every One of You!

I love and appreciate all of the insights and feedback I’ve gathered here. It truly helps me and guides me to make better choices.

I wanted to offer this in return because it brings me so much joy. I have become so focused on healing myself and it can feel overwhelming. So I have been using this as a way of giving myself a little break or vacay from my thoughts and worries and it has been helping!

For one minute every day: find a quiet, comfortable space. Close your eyes. See a new you standing before you. They are the healthiest, happiest most joyful version of you. You can create anything you want so just play and make it up! See this version of yourself: radiant, completely healed, free of all worry, illness, pain and fear. Don’t think about how or when. Just see this person, this fresh, new version of yourself in as much detail as you can standing in front of you smiling, arms open, welcoming you back with a big open heart. Next, feel and see yourself stepping into and becoming this fresh, new version of yourself as you walk into their loving, warm, open arms. Enjoy the feeling of stepping out of the old and stepping into the new and see what it feels like to be this new version of yourself right now, in present time. Notice how you feel. Open your eyes and go about your day. Or do it whenever and as often as you wish.

That’s all. No need to make it complicated. Enjoy! And then go about the rest of your day or night. I hope it brings you as much joy as it does me.

Happy healing and happy new year!! 🤗
