Hello again all, I have currently been taking Orajel mouth wash for OLP mouth sores swish twice daily and a new dental paste called Triamcinolone Acetonide Dental Paste, USP, .1%, for topical use in adjunctive treatment of oral lesions. My pharmacist told me about it and I apply it to my mouth sores and cheek linings twice a day. I've been using it for about 2 weeks now and it has really helped with the sores and pain. It's by prescription and it's a pretty tiny tube - 5 grams, but it seems to be working so I'll put this information out there so if you like you can check into it and it might help bring you some relief. Happy New Year!! Metta

Hi Metta. My dermatologist prescribed Triamcinolone Acetonide Dental Paste, USP, .1% years ago. It does help a great deal. I apply at night in hopes it will stay in place longer. You are so right about the size of the tube--it tiny. Thanks for sharing. Faye
