Hello again all, I have currently been taking Orajel mouth wash for OLP mouth sores swish twice daily and a new dental paste called Triamcinolone Acetonide Dental Paste, USP, .1%, for topical use in adjunctive treatment of oral lesions. My pharmacist told me about it and I apply it to my mouth sores and cheek linings twice a day. I've been using it for about 2 weeks now and it has really helped with the sores and pain. It's by prescription and it's a pretty tiny tube - 5 grams, but it seems to be working so I'll put this information out there so if you like you can check into it and it might help bring you some relief.
