Are you taking something other than Zytiga? Your PSA sure went up high, Were you not checking it for a while? Did it jump a whole lot all at once? I can’t understand how it got so high without doing something. Are you working with an Oncologist or even a radiation oncologist?

Did you Stop taking Xtandi Because your PSA Started going up even though you were on it?

T10, L4 and L5 Aren’t near L1. Did someone tell you they couldn’t be radiated? What’s the radiation oncologist have to say?

PSA was going up so took me off Xtandi 2023 and moved to Radium 223 in 2024 then PSA up again
Did 2 chemo's and got fluid on lungs Just now PSA dropped to 96.8 from 181.6
Free PSA < .04 as always
Just started Abiraterone today plus prednisone 10 mg Doing PSMA CT scan in Feb to qualify for LU 177 now approved in Ontario
Still on Oxygen till lungs clear from reaction to chemo
No radiation was offered
