My normally lowish BP (110/60) is now 125/80 at rest and up to 145/85 when stressed or with slight physical exertion. My heartbeat becomes irregular at the slightest physical, emotional or mental stress. I'm using it like a barometer of sorts. Heartbeat irregular means to stop whatever I am doing.
My normally super active life is gone. Most of the day I have to sit and watch brainless TV or play easy games. If I could just sleep all day, I would. It is incredibly frustrating and boring. Some days I can relax and go with it, and some days I want to walk into the ocean and not come out. This is like a prison. But today I am rolling with it better. Praying for a breakthrough for all of us.
