@bebold @fdixon63 I forgot to mention one thing that triggers an OLP flare: mushrooms in any way, shape or form! Even mushroom gravy. I have been served mushrooms on food like pizza and salads and when I have said it affects my mouth I have been blithely told to “just pick them off”! They don’t seem to realize that it is not as simple as that!
