I have never heard of SIPU but Situ yes. You can use the search box above and put Ductal Carcinoma in Situ.
I googled it an it says it is usually considered stage 0- Noninvasive. Were you told anything else?

In SITU is good news: the cancer is contained in the milk ducts (“Ductal Carcinoma”). I had that last Spring. A lumpectomy was performed, under general anesthesia, and recovery was not difficult. I’m 71. The size and location of yours will tell you alot. But for now, I’d be reassured and grateful it is self-contained. The Stage 0 tells you it’s also pretty good news!

Ductile carcinoma in situ, DCIS, is the cancer at the earliest stage, stage O. It’s a good news because the cancer cells are still inside the breast milk ducts as opposed to invasive, the cancer cells have spread to other tissues outside the ducts. Some argue that it’s precancerous, but after reading the article in the link below, I think it certainly not a wait and see situation.
