Hey gently, in addition to the link you posted there were other articles that were pretty definitive concerning Intermediate Unfavorable Diagnoses. There was a marked INCREASE in BCR and CCR in patients who received radiation without ADT.
Very happy I chose ADT even though my PSA did not call for it. Many thanks for those articles!
