Has anyone switched BC follow-up from one Mayo location to another?

I had similar treatment you had, but because live in Rochester my follow up was in Rochester. That was five years ago. I continued to see oncologist in Rochester for checkups for 5 years and then was transferred back to primary.
All Mayo locations have Cancer Survivorship Clinics:

Though I have never been to Mayo AZ, I have joined some ZOOM calls their Breast Cancer Survivorship clinic has presented and very impressed.
I would suggest asking your care team in Rochester for a suggestions or referral to AZ. I assume Mayo AZ would have the same technology for scans that Mayo Rochester has.
You may also want to check with Mayo AZ billing dept, each Mayo locations has their own insurance requirements.

@roch I do not. I have been very pleased with my follow-up surveillance at Scottsdale MAYO and the oncologist I see when there. It has been a very positive experience. I do think, however, should I ever require surgery again, we will have it done in Rochester. There was such a deep sense of being in the right place with the best possible team of doctors . . . and that went a long way to alleviate anxiety and feel confident about outcomes.

Thank you for your thoughtful response. I am now all set to meet with an oncologist at the Scottsdale Mayo Clinic to transition my follow-up care from Rochester, MN to Scottsdale, AZ. It wasn’t a super smooth process but with a little patience and perseverance, it’s done.
