@nme1985 what is “pellet” therapy? Is that the same as a vaginal suppository?
@nme1985 I have been on the BHRT (pellets for testosterone and estrodial) and oral pill for the progesterone) for 1 year and will be having a new Dexa next week. I am hoping to see some improvement in my osteoporosis. Even if I don't see any improvement there, my hip pain has gone away, I sleep better and my sex drive has returned. I just wish I had heard about it sooner.

Also had the pellets with estradiol and testosterone. I wonder why so few women get testosterone also. I used a functional provider for my hormones.
