Thank you. I found this on YouTube and will start this practice today. I will try anything. Prefer not to take the gabapentin and lyrica, which I am being weaned off of now. It caused me to be unsteady on my feet and my vision was affected. Weaning off of gabapentin is really difficult. I am getting very depressed and anxious. My body hurts. It’s like I am feeling the withdrawal in my chest, upper back and neck.
