Hi I think aquablation is same as the procedure called RESUME . I had it, it has been over two years. My PSA was 9 used to have UTI and prostate in fiction often, not any more. I was 70 when I had it , we heal little slower so I had catheter little longer. But worth it.

Rezum uses steam injection into prostate, whereas Aquablation uses room temperature water at high pressure to remove the prostate tissue.
