I have had both red light and Shockwave therapies. For both of these treatments the goal is to increase blood flow to the area and hopefully the nerve is escatitic about the blood flow and starts to heal. Sometimes it is immediate relief, sometimes not so much. I have written about both treatments before. My treatments cost about $50.00 when I signed up for 8.

The best diet and exercise for you ( to include most of the Happy Feet video) are needed to build a foundation for the treatments to work. I also do a 5 minute foot massage I found on YouTube. I can sleep after that.

Any chance you live in northern california? I’d do shockwave regularly for $50.

Could you please explain more about the Happy Feet video? I looked on YouTube and could only find a children’s video entitled Happy Feet.
I would love to read more about your previous writings regarding these treatment modalities. Where could I find them?
I eat a very healthy diet. No sugar, no caffeine, no processed foods. Any other suggestions? Thank you.

Happy Feet yoga with Sally McNally. There are some parts of this I just can
not do, I do try my best.
