I’ve had pvcs and pacs for decades that became symptomatic after my June 2024 covid infection. I now have paroxysmal atrial fibrillation. I’m pretty sure my pvcs are really PACS that are aberrantly conducted and act and look like PVCs. Covid caused my left atrium to get huge and gave me moderate mitral regurgitation, which started to improve in September. My regurgitation is gone now. My Novavax shot helped me a lot, my shingles shot set me back 2 weeks. Chest pain can be a big deal.
