I have Sjogren's and a bunch of other auto immune issues. What works for me is using the Xylimelt lozenges. They last most of the night. If they are gone I will use another one or an ACT lozenge for the rest of the night.

@mef51 Are you ever concerned about aspirating the lozenge you have in your mouth? I got such a big lecture about it from the pharmacist yesterday!
