That would be a good question for a physical therapist to evaluate after a doctor rules out a more serious medical issue. The problem could be structural, or it could be muscle imbalance. One would be treated with stretching and strengthening exercises, the other might be treated with orthotics.
Have you talked to your provider about this? Some medications cvan also cause this side effect.

I have talked to my primary and Emergency ortho ; they’ve rated but did not say anything but arthritis in right hip. I have had spacers put in lower back but my pain starts from waist down. What kind of medicine would cause this? I take antidepressants and high blood pressure meds.
