Hi. I have a loved one who is dealing stage IV liver tumor. They're in so much pain and can't keep anything on their stomach. The nerve block didn't work for them. Your post is encouraging. Did you have any problems keeping anything on your stomach? Any tips you can offer?

I am aware that there are pain patches that deliver medication through the skin at a controlled rate that might be preferable to swallowing pills.
