Any relation between flareups and stress?

In the past I had mild OLP so Duke’s Mouthwash was enough to keep it under control. In August I had worse episode I ever had. I was able to bring it under control with Duke’s Mouthwash, warm water rinses, and coconut pulling oil. This month I am still struggling to bring it under control. So far I have not been successful which is why I have been looking for doctor or specializes in OLP. Even living near Baltimore, I have not found anyone.

@diana70 Have you contacted a university hospital or a medical school near where you can possibly find a specialist? Or you can try one of these organizations which keep lists of good autoimmune doctors.
