It must be hard to be struggling with your condition after being so fit and strong and now that it affects your job/career.

I understand the mRNA shots and covid infection/spike protein affects and damages endothelial cells. This could be behind so many symptoms, including muscle mass and strength plus nervous system.

I've had every shot. I never lost any muscle until I got COVID. I was infected before I went for the 4th shot and came down with Covid days later. Since then muscle mass has been more difficult to maintain but I am 78 which is an age one might expect to lose a small amount of mass. It's long covid so I fight my desire to sit and rest daily.
