All the info on LC is not in yet and covid attacked my muscle, lungs and blood viscosity. The virus was diabolical in nature. I have always been able to acquire and keep muscle for the last 5 decades but COVID changed that. Scared lungs, GFR low for my kidneys and continues muscle atrophy. Please keep training and stay in touch with any progress.

I’ve had various issues too, but not sure if it’s due to LC. My smell/taste disorder did resolve for the most part. Still have constant bitter taste. Also, limb tingling. Have you had that?
