Just wanted to follow up on the necrotizing granuloma - I went for my repeat chest CT - last one 7 months ago the granuloma had resolved and left some expected scarring. I have been protective installing UVC light in garage for water coming in house, RO filtration under sink and over refrigerator ( for ice) with .1 micron filtration and wearing N95 masks when I mow. Work in yard or go into jacuzzi. Since I am not immunocompromised he said to keep what I am doing and no more CT . I did ask him if I need saline, he said no since I’m not immunocompromised . So no more visits to pulmonary specialist at Mayo unless I have issues. So there are some success stories!
