Have a few autoimmune disorders - now have consistent low grade fever

Hello, I also have low grade fever for over a month and swollen lymph nodes for 4 months now. I also have joint pain and fatigue. I tested for lupus and Ra but the doctors ruled them out since I have negative ANA, RF and antiCCP. I also got checked for lymphoma but it turned out negative. I too have Hashimoto. I just wanted to ask you since we have similar symptoms did you manage to come to a conclusion? Did the low grade fever stop? I am very tired and the paracetamol and other meds don’t seem to work and the doctors can’t seem to find answers and they also suggested that I see an infectious disease specialist.

From what I have been researching, virtually anything is possible from many of the autoimmune diseases, and as you mentioned often another autoimmune can manifest from the other. For most , actually I think all of them, there is no cure , only treating of the symptoms. With my self , twice higher range ANA and twice Indeterminate DSDNA up and down levels in blood. Now it’s possible Neurologist is thinking Systemic Inflammation Response from several joint injuries.. it can even effect ANA figures , but it comes back to one thing , our lifestyle, our diet and staying in contact with groups of people who have similar conditions.. The discussion will open up and you can read through the whole thing! You will find others who have been in your situation!
