Yes Nj esophagus stage r advanced

I was stage T3, N1 pre op. I did Chemo and esophagogastrectomy. 4 months after surgery it spread to liver and kidney so I'm stage 4 now, but soon to be NED! I just finished 6 months of chemo again and we are going to remove a section of liver that contains what is left of 2 tumors. The kidney lesion has resolved.
