Orgovyx - and others can raise certain liver enzymes. My levels have shot up and I was told to abstain from all alcohol….even on XMAS….NO-NO-NO!!!

Lol ho ho ho no no no.
I've cut the alcohol right down, nearly all out.
Cut sugar down.
Going to try limited fruit and carbohydrate. Wow how hard will this be to try to have carbohydrate deficiency. When I was 18yo I was 68kg now I'm 114kg and lost 4 kg in the last 3 weeks.
