What to expect and chances of getting in?

Therein lies the difficulty. That's what I was told when I tried to set up my own portal. The only time the forces at Mayo aided me was the night I passed out after my wife was brought back up after her liver transplant and left arm surgery (left arm surgery due to an anesthesiologist's error in poking into an artery instead of a vein) whereupon I was taken to the Emergency Department, as I struck my head on a corner of the bedside table winding up limbs akimbo on the floor in room 317 in the Mayo Hospital, probably looking like a dropped Raggedy Andy doll. As far as I know, I wasn't given a patient number, as I have no accompanying paperwork.
