has anyone heard if a vibration plate helps?
I have heard circulation helps. Has anyone tried a vibration plate to help with their neuropathy?

There have been a few members who have asked the same question. I've tried one but didn't think it helped much. I only have numbness and some tingling with my neuropathy. There are a couple of recent related discussions with not too many responses but may be helpful.

Hi, I just got one and have used it for a couple weeks, It's very intense and when it's done with the ten minutes and you take your feet off it feels Tingley, quite pleasant. I haven't noticed any improvement yet; I got this for my swelling in my feet and legs.
I have - Daiwa Felicity Foot Massager with Heat - Electric Foot Massagers for Plantar Fasciitis, Circulation, & Neuropathy - Multi Function Shiatsu Calf, Thigh & Leg Massage. This is a vibrator and I actually had it before I discovered I have neuropathy. I use it almost daily now for numbness and tingling in my feet. I use it for about 15 minutes and it helps to loosen my scrunched up toes and the heat feels good too. No huge change, but it just makes my feel feel good.
I started using a grounding mat and think it has given my feet and legs some relief from swelling.
