For a start on meditation, (I’m new to it as well), I use YouTube videos. Type in “Guided Meditations”. There are several to choose from. Sometimes I will type in 20 minute guided meditations. There are many and of different lengths of time. They will guide you to relax using breathing, relaxation techniques and visualization. I personally enjoy “The Mindful Movement”.
